Google Drive Structure

Review this page before creating a drive folder for your project

Below is a general outline of how to organize the folders in a project's google drive. Depending on the project, there may be variation in the folders included.

Folders you need in your Project's drive:

  1. Master Service Agreement / Scope of Work

  2. Project Timeline - In this folder you'll place the project plan and the project tracker

  3. Research - Any research and analysis done by VV for the project in this folder

  4. Meeting Notes - All meeting notes (internal and external) should live here.

  5. Materials from Clients - All artifacts sent to us clients (visuals, notes, research, etc.)

  6. Working Materials - decks in progress

  7. Final Materials - finalized decks

  8. Artwork - logos, graphics, etc.
