Review this page before creating a drive folder for your project
Below is a general outline of how to organize the folders in a project's google drive. Depending on the project, there may be variation in the folders included.
Folders you need in your Project's drive:
Master Service Agreement / Scope of Work
Project Timeline - In this folder you'll place the project plan and the project tracker
Research - Any research and analysis done by VV for the project in this folder
Meeting Notes - All meeting notes (internal and external) should live here.
Materials from Clients - All artifacts sent to us clients (visuals, notes, research, etc.)
Working Materials - decks in progress
Final Materials - finalized decks
Artwork - logos, graphics, etc.
