# VV Teams & Roles

### **Overview**

VV is in the business of doing amazing work for our clients, which means that every member of the team needs to understand what they bring to the relationship. Imagining that we’re all at a table with the client, we’ve broken down each role to demonstrate what facet of the company or project they represent.

### **Business Development Team**

The Business Development team represents the voice of continued growth of the company. The team also focuses on ensuring that Vaudeville is known for being a stand out collaborator for our current and future partners.

### **Account Management Team**

The Account Manager represents the voice of the account. His or her primary concern is dualfold: ensuring that the client’s wants and needs are being met, and that the team is supported to deliver outstanding work.

### **Project Management Team**

The Project Manager represents the voice of the project. His or her primary concern is to ensure that the project is staffed appropriately and to advocate for excellent work that is delivered on time, within scope, and exceeds client expectations.

### **Strategy Team**

The Strategist represents the voice of the strategy. His or her primary concern is to contribute strategic thinking from the perspective of brand, marketing, operations, revenue/audience growth and more. The strategist often synthesizes insights from discovery and market research.

### **Design Team**

The Designer represents the voice of the brand visuals. His or her primary concern is to create beautifully designed visual languages and systems that accurately and effortlessly represent a brand or solves a design challenge of a given client. The designer often justifies design decisions with extensive research and visual reasoning.
