Onboarding

The Onboarding Asana template should be used, which covers the milestones listed below.

On the First Day

  1. A welcome email to new hire & an introduction email to VV and Adverator teams is sent

  2. Onboard the hire to the Internal Tools

    1. Set up Gmail account and add to appropriate group/client emails

    2. Add to Slack & Asana

    3. Send welcome note and leave swag on desk

    4. Take the person out for lunch on the first day

  3. Additional Onboarding

    1. Schedule one-on-one with TN/MW/MF meeting

    2. Schedule one-on-one with HR

    3. Schedule one-on-one with the Project Manager(s) of relevant projects

After One Week

  1. During a 1:1 meeting, TN evaluates W1 performance, issues, deliverables, concerns

  2. HR sends Handbook acknowledgment; file executed copy

  3. Taylor/Strategists assign tasks for W2-3 at end of week

  4. HR updates appropriate HR Master Lists

If a candidate is on trial, then after the trial period is over, TN to decides whether to extend the term.
