Onboarding
The Onboarding Asana template should be used, which covers the milestones listed below.
On the First Day
A welcome email to new hire & an introduction email to VV and Adverator teams is sent
Onboard the hire to the Internal Tools
Set up Gmail account and add to appropriate group/client emails
Add to Slack & Asana
Send welcome note and leave swag on desk
Take the person out for lunch on the first day
Additional Onboarding
Schedule one-on-one with TN/MW/MF meeting
Schedule one-on-one with HR
Schedule one-on-one with the Project Manager(s) of relevant projects
After One Week
During a 1:1 meeting, TN evaluates W1 performance, issues, deliverables, concerns
HR sends Handbook acknowledgment; file executed copy
Taylor/Strategists assign tasks for W2-3 at end of week
HR updates appropriate HR Master Lists
If a candidate is on trial, then after the trial period is over, TN to decides whether to extend the term.
