Asana

Asana is a project and task management app that facilitates team communication and collaboration. You can use Asana to create projects and tasks within the projects, and follow the progress of those tasks from various browser and devices. You can then add your team members to the projects and tasks, share files, and communicate with them.

Slack

Slack is a messaging app meant for teams and workplaces. It can be used across multiple devices and platforms, and is equipped with robust features that allow you to chat one-on-one with associates and in groups. You're able to upload and share files with them too, as well as integrate with other apps and services.

ClickUp

ClickUp is a cloud-based collaboration and project management tool. It includes features such as communication and collaboration tools, task assignments and statuses, alerts and a task toolbar.

Harvest

Harvest is an online time tracking software for professional services. It is a web-based application with timesheet, invoicing, expense tracking, and time-based reporting features.

FunRetro

FunRetro is a free tool that allows retrospectives to be run with remote team members. It allows you to create custom retro boards, gives everyone access to create cards within the retrospective, allows sorting of the cards, commenting on them, and upvoting. You can also export the board and integrate it with Slack.

Airtable

Airtable is a multi-platform, cloud-based project management solution focusing primarily on data organization and collaboration. The system uses a spreadsheet format to organize data. Tables in this software are shareable, and users can track who is making changes to documents when. A chat tool is also included, which allows users to chat each other while working on tables.

G-Suite

A cloud-based suite of productivity and collaboration tools, software and products.

Roadmunk

Roadmunk is a tool used to build, share and align on the roadmap of a project. It creates clear roadmaps that are easily customized and edited. A series of helpful introduction videos can be found here:

Zoom

Zoom is an easy to use online video conferencing and meeting software that integrates video conferencing, simple online meetings, and group messaging into a single cloud-based platform. It offers quality video, audio, and screen-sharing capabilities and experiences.
