Slack 101 - Team Communication

Slack is one of the tools we use at Vaudeville. To see info on all the tools we use, go to the VV Tools Overview article.
Get started with Slack
You should get an invite to join the VV Slack channel in your Vaudeville email but, if not, here’s how to join:
To join Vaudeville on Slack head over to Slack and select “Sign in”.
At the sign in page, under “Enter your workspace’s Slack URL,” type in vaudevilleventures
After you hit continue, enter your Vaudeville Ventures email and password, and click sign in.
Now you're part of the VV slack channel
Joining Channels
Once you are in Slack, you should join 2 main Vaudeville Ventures channel: #general #office-announcements You can find these by searching for them in the box that says "Jump To" in the top left corner of the Slack window. You can also join project channels the same way.
